. I was working with two Logiq E9(System #1 s/n:98214US0 Year:2009, Software Version:R2.0.3. System #2 s/n:105945US0 Year:2011, software version R3.0.1. The customer told me that have some issues with the Endo Probe. The probe was working on both system but then just can be used only in the System#1. Yesterday I replaced the Main Power supply to the System #1 because was defective but when the tech tried to connect the probe the system show a error message(Error: reboot the system. The MPS replacement could be cause the probe malfunction? Also have 2 probe more and both is working, just the Endo probe does not working. I ran all diagnostic and I dont found any fault in the diagnotic, all passed. This error could be a system issues or Front End Issues?

This sounds like a GRLY board issue given this was a symptom with these older LE9 systems. We can read your logs and tell you for sure if it is. Call 8009589986 if you need help with this.

Ok perfect. Thank you for the help I will try that. To work with this equipment I need flight to the customer site. In addition to GRLY Board, there is some other diagnostic that I need check to solve the issues?

If you can have the end user gather logs by way of the ALT D function and send them to us for review, we can tell you if it is GLRY or possilby something else. Will need to call our 1-800-958-9986 to open a case and get a link for logs to send in.
