Does LifeVest ever pose a shock hazard to someone giving patient CPR

I can think of a variety of situations where someone wearing a lifevest might need CPR in an out of hospital setting. Are there ANY scenarios where a LifeVest could present a shock hazard to someone giving CPR to a patient who is wearing one? I'm a CPR/AED instructor and would like to know if Zoll has anything in writing I could get a copy of that explains how to care for a patient in SCA who has the kind of SCA that a LifeVest can't treat, at least initially. For instance, a patient is in asistole.  After a few minutes of CPR, patient goes into VF.  Would the LifeVest give a shock while the rescuer was still performing CPR?  What if LifeVest patient accidentally fell into a swimming pool or was drenched from an unexpected rain storm during an SCA.  Would a soaking wet patient present a shock hazard to rescuers? Thanks.
