We have a paper copy here, back when Hill-Rom owned Air-Shields.. MAN170rb is the part number.. Googling it didn't find anything. What do you need help with?

Did you ever locate a PDF version of the service manual? I will be travelling to Haiti soon to work on a TI-500 soon and they have no service information with the unit.
