Error codes

I have two devices that are giving me two different error codes on is 13-1033-149 and 5-13-104 what are these error codes and how do I fix them?

that is software codes, and will require the 3 SD cards to reload software. Also check you IUI connections and look at the logic board on the 8110 modules. This can cause this issue too

If all looks ok, then a reload will be required, you need to follow the steps exactly-don't skip any steps, and will take about 1 hours each. If you don't have the SD cards, then contact Carefusion

Please keep us updated, as we are very interested that all is well on your end.

To add to rsiefers input, I have seen that if you do choose to skip a step, or go out of order, there is a "possibility" not probability the you could mis-configure your device's libraries.

Example:  Your facility's Ped's department could actually receive a device from an adult unit with adult meds and dosages loaded. If that Ped's patient then receives the adult meds and dosage, you risk overdosing the child, and having a catastrophic event.

Please follow rsiefers direction. Timesaving shortcuts can produce negative patient outcomes.
