Yes thank God we fix it by simply using the System Restore.

We do get crazy problem: com 4, scanner reset and many others but found problem related to 5VDC power supply. currently we are using a separate power supply for this.

Good to know, although if this occur again, go to Tools, User Options , system and press R. 

We have many problems with this 5V too.

Hello Sidney,

Thanks for the info. One more thing we found the power supply connector on the controller side showing bad contacts as seen by power supply test points so we simply solder with jumpers (connector end to controller PCB end). I guest thats about it.
