You have a defective measurement bench.  It must be repaired.  Philips will provide a entire monitor to swap (very expensive).   Philips does not sell parts.   Or the folks at Pioneer Biomedical can swap or repair for much less.   1-888-644-3274  Thye do not charge evaluation fees.
