99 degree shown on the digit of oven

I have a vip with a problem of the heat of the oven and the rotor. When i switch on . In manual mode the temperature shown is 99 degree but the oven and rotor still cold. I let it for one hour then i listen a bip when i check are the error list E34 E36. I checked the triac are perfect. Doas anyone had this problem before. Thanks for all

The Thermistor is shorted. Failure of the parafin oven temp.

I Checked the three thermistor and they are good.

maybe the photocopler are damaged or IC2 circuit what do u think?

I do not have schematics handy but the optocoupler would be a good place to start. If you have one I would replace it just make sure it is the same type.

I change the optocoupler Ic2 named on the pc board and now its ok. The machine work correctly i have now the error E 13 , i will check now whats the problem
