There are a few possibilities here:

1: Loss of 12V to Control PCA; Check to make sure the LED7 light is lit on the Control PCA. If the light is red, then the LCD module is receiving power.

2: LCD backlights are not connected to the Control PCA; Check the power cable between the Control PCA and Power PCA for correct pins; part# 6600-1567-700

3: Check the fuse F7 on the PCA Board

4: Check backlight connections at J4 and J8 on the Control PCA.

5: Replace the Control PCA; if backlights still do not work, replace LCD module.

Hope this help.

From my recent experience, replacing the CCFL Inverter #SE23337 and F3 fuse (don't know the actual value, put a 7 amp as trial) and this solved my problem. I have 2 other boards that have the same issue so I will order 2 more SE23337 chips from PartsSource (about $115.00 usd), better than a new board at $1500.00
