Error 0001

E0001 is communication issue between D1 PCB & Controle console or loss of parameter information.

So could be cable between console & D1 CPU. Could be where the ribbon cable goes through chassis to console, it has a copper shield. I have had this shield short to ribbin cable.

Could be D1 CPU board, it denpends upon what the 7-segment display is doing?

Could be the D1 PCB has lost its configuration/parameter file....Or you have installed a new D1 PCB in which case it needs firmware & software downloading.

Is the D1 S3.2 in nromal position?

Of course this all depends you have all the power voltages.

What are the console displays doing?

Does the error appear at power-on. Does the monitor trolley work OK on its own.

What version of Siremobil Compact do you have? Model & serial number would be of help.

As you can see it's relatively simple but difficult problem as variosu things have to be working first & eleminated to know what is best thing to do.

Do you have good backup's?

For your information and maybe for further help to me: the 7segments display is running continuously but I think it should stop with a figure. Pls what do you think?

Rotating is Good, it means the CPU has booted. If you clear error & press radiation button you should see the display change to 'D' or flash up/down if I recall correctly.

Assuming the D1 CPU is OK, are all the control console display illuminated? When you power-on do all the LED's flash-on?

Thanks Tom, the error could not be cleared still Error 0001 after pressing exposure button. Do you think I should reload software? However, I need service manual to be able to reload software? Pls kindly send to my email if you have: mavtech5000@gmail.com.

Hi everybody!

Did you solve the Err0001 problem? I‘ve the same error. The 7segments display rotates continuously. All lamps of the display board are illuminating while power on and after a while appears err0001. I also don‘t have a service manual. The +/-15V are ok. Do you have an idea?

Error E0001    User console no communication to host

Possible trouble:    User console recognized that the serial port to the host does not work.

Possible help:    Check power supply.
    Check user console connector and wires.
    Check host 7-segment display.
    D1 defective.
    User console defective.

Hi!

I‘m still working on err0001. I testet another D1 board and another user console. I‘m able to download the software and the system works. The next morning err0001 appears again. After three resets it works again ether I turn the system of for a couple of days. Than I have to download the software again. This is weird! The Voltages are ok. Any other suggestions?

You substituted a new D1 PCB & Control console correct?

This is strange, when you say you downloaded software you have downloaded the D1 (generator software) & the parameter file or just one or other?

It could be some strange timing issue between boards the boot process is being interrupted. Have you any other equipment attached, Radiation interrupt Key-switch for example.

What is the model & serial number of system so I can understand better what you have.

Hi Tom!

I downloaded the genarator Software VB01E because if the error appears the service software says “no valid software” and the field for generator software version is blank. Now I’ve adjusted the voltages with a 0.01 tolerance (but don’t think that this will solve the problem).
