Support needed with philips practix 33

Kv and mAs values are displayed, status is Ready, when the Xray handswitch is pressed, nothing happens. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am also in need of the service/cal manuals. My email is cadorfrantz02@hotmail.com Thank you
