Door open/closed switch location?

We're getting ready to open the chassis on a couple of Plum XL pumps that give a continuous "open" alarm. I suspect the door switch is bad, but the manual doesn't give any indication where the switch is located within the mechanism. Has anyone else run into this before who could point me in the right direction?

Thanks!!

Dean,

Have you found the answer to this question? I know the manual says to replace the Sensor PWA and then the Mechanism, but I would love for it to be as simple as a door switch like the Plum A+ uses. Please let me know if you have any further information about this. Thanks

Never did find it Nick. At that time I worked for a third-party, so we ended up grabbing more off the shelf and kept on until we had enough good, certified, working pumps and sent them out. To us, at that time, they weren't worth replacing the mechanism on.

Sorry I couldn't help.

No Problem Dean, I think I may just keep this one for parts to keep the others alive.

Thanks Again,

I would  check  the magnet  on the door  handle. should  be  a small round magnet  on the under side of the  door  handle.
