Error message 4028 and 5011

4028 is a Memoskop (Image acqusition part) message. Check D1 X10.27 signal.

5011 is a generator issue & probably caused your E4028. E5011 is main inverter board (D2) short circuit.

Try this, select manual kV (stop) set lowest kV (40) & press Fluoroscopy-on button, see if system works without error/s. If no error appears, slowly raise the kV & observe the monitor to see if there is any image & at what kV the 5011 error appears.

It could be an X-Ray tube or D2 kV/inverter board. I think most likely your X-Ray tube but you should check a few things first before ordering parts.

Possible trouble:    Host registered unexpected acq end signal of the Memoskop.

Possible help:    For failure investigation check the error log for additional error messages. 
    Check faults on the Memoskop acquisition cable (D1.X10.27).
    Check Memoskop.
    Check connection cables to the Memoskop.

ERROR 5011:

Possible trouble:    Main inverter has short circuit.

Possible help:    Main inverter defective (board D2).

Error E4028 Memoskop unexpected acq end signal
Possible trouble: Host registered unexpected acq end signal of the Memoskop.
Possible help: Check faults on the Memoskop acquisition cable (D1.X10.27).
Check Memoskop.
Check connection cables to the Memoskop.
 

Error F5011 Gen. main inverter short circuit
Possible trouble: Main inverter has short circuit.
Possible help: Main inverter defective (board D2)
