The problem with DR detector

Hello! I have the problem with DRX-1 wireless detector. Calibration without x-ray fails... I think the detector have some area of bad sectors. Can i solve the problem through the calibration or other method? Thank you!

First dis-associate the detector from the DRX-1 system. As though you are going to use another dectector in place of the one normally associated with that system. The re-associated it with the system and perform the calibrations. This can be done with out access to the service software.

Thanks for the answer. In order to remove the detector from the system, the master operator password is required. Just turning off the detector in the program did not help.

To access the Key Operator software, should be KeyOp, 1313, maybe keyop01, 1313.
