the hourmeter from xenon light, and i used for severy hours, and the hourmeter dosent change, or i dont know how to readit, some body have an idea?

In my experience with Zeiss the hour meter is part of the lamp assembly. When you replace the lamp assembly a new indicator comes with it.

If the indicator can't be read is because it's a maximum count. It may be time for a new lamp assembly .
