change information

i wanted to find out how to do the following 2 changes 1 how do you change the name of the company that prints out on the top right side of the fluro picture 2 how do you change the 5 type exam types to choose from. and the default choice as well. there is nothing in the manual that i have that indicates on how to do this. Thank you
