I think that one is on Franks Workshop.com; I use to work at valleylab that F4B is the almost the same as the F4 or the F1B.

Actually that picture looks like a Force 2. 

Franks does have Force 2 but not Force 4.  Is there something perticular you need to know about Force 4?
