I am having an issue with 2 Vivid e system - software R5.0.1.
When the systems boot up they seems all fine, except there is no probe image. The system still recognizes the probe being attached but there is no B-mode image, no doppler either.
Sometimes doing the "Full Maintenance Reboot" clears up the issue, but it comes back after 1-3 months or so. When the maintenance reboot doesnt resolve the issue I have no choice but to reload the software.
Is anyone else experiencing this type of problem? How can I prevent this from continuously happening?

Thank you for the replies! So far I'm going to do that "Maintenance Reboot" at the end of every day. This is the simplest and least expensive solution for now. If it gets worse I'll update the thread.

same problem at least 2-3 times at the week, unfortunatly i cant make full reinstallation. I think if make only stand by mode (in windows during closing display) this shoud be useful.
