We have a Sharplan 1020 unit that reads a ''Low Coolant Flow'' message and will not allow for switch off of standby.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

The Sharplan uses a special refrigerant as the coolant. Because of that, the system is a closed loop. If you are receiving a low coolant error, you not only have low coolant, but you also have a leak. Chances are the diaphragm needs replacement, but o-rings could also be an issue. There is also a bit of a process in refilling the system with the coolant.

I guess what I'm saying is that there isn't a quick fix for your laser. (Sorry.)
