Will not take Temp

Why does Welch Allyn say E5.0

According to the service manual posted here, that error means: Heater is not working properly, try another cycle

Replace the temp probe. 

Have had this error before... Replace the temperature probe and fixes the error.

Replace the temperature probe and the blue probe well.
