send me an email address to send the manual to. 384 normally means the Energy Storage Unit (ESU) the batteries need to be replaced. it is a timed event and to reset it you need to access the BVScope software on the system and select replace ESU. Philips being Philips does not give CSIP level 0 access to this function.
