DuraDiagnost wall stand detector ip adress problem

Dear all, I have a problem with my DuraDiagnost potter detector. This happen after a PM. the table detector is ok and can be calibrate. For wall stand there is a message appear when the system display " do not turn off detector IP adress configuration occur". then the message pass the system indicate both stauts are ok. but only table detector is working. only with table we can make exams. Need Help. waiting for your response. thnaks in advance
