No Video Input
RE: Ultrasound Systems Report Post
It sounds like you need to check the input to the monitor. It is hard to diagnose without the manufacturer or model of the devices.

Hello, what equipment are you referring to? Please provide the manufacturer and model.

Hello thank you for responding, the model of the monitor is UTAS19C
I removed the covers and plugged in an external monitor at the connectiuon behind the unit monitor and i was able to see the images, this confirmed the problem is with the monitor.
Thank you.

Hello, I just noticed i did not pu the unit information on the original post (sorry)
It is an ultrasound unit :Siemens Acuson Antares

It sounds like a connection came loose. There are a couple of cables inside the bottom of the unit that go to the flat panel display. The control panel needs to be removed to get access to those cables and to remove the LCD assembly.

Thank you, I checked all the connections and they are tight. I connected an external monitor to the cable from the Anteras unit and it worked. I just cannot get the Siemens monitor to work, the display lights up and displays a message that there is no video input.
