i have ge vivid s5 ultrasound.When i connect the prob the machine gives illegal hardware configuration error.
what should i do

The issue may be the probe itself. If you have another probe I would try it. Also try the probe in different parts. Also try testing the probe in another system.

MDavis has good suggestions. Or maybe the probe in not supported on your Vivid 5. The probes supported depend on the BT, or software version of the system.

Hello I just have in this moment the same probleme when i connect any probe in ge vivid s5 it display illegal hardware configuration error , till now did you found the soulution ?
