Software issues

1. Freezing 2. Delay while scanning live 3. Color box flicker/flashing, also moves on its own. 4. Cursor moves on its own. 5. Ekg sometimes does not register the EKG and the only way is to restart machine. Doesnt always work. 6. Pop up message saying "the file or directory C:\InSite2\CKM\.tomcat.log is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility. 7. Pt exams not being sent over or not saving. Called a GE tech he states it needs a new hard drive. However i was able to see that our software version is a 7.0 and the newest one avaliable is an 11.0. How can i get the lastest softwear and how can i fix these problems?

I would agree on a new hard drive. As for the latest software, GE will have to sell you a new option string for the latest software. Would be best to load what you have with a new hard drive.
