Error 41264/80 displayed at touch console after initialization. This error has to do with Raycam and cable to it, but I´d like to troubleshoot XCU. I have just polydoros esu serv manual. Any colleague has list of errors , service software , flash master , tips and help that I can diagnost the cause of this error?

Based on your error code and APID your problem is definitely in the generator. In order to obtain more specific information, log into service with your service key and then go into the event log. The error code your have should appear as a blue link to the action plan if your service key is high enough. The action plan gives you specific information from the manufacturer as to possible causes and what to check to aid you in your diagnosis. Between that information and your schematics you should be able isolate your issue.
