Change Plum A+ CE configuration password

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to reset the password for the web config utility when navigating to the IP address of pump, https://IPADDRESS:8443 The manuals say the default is "admin" and "admin", but I purchased a second hand unit, and the password has changed. I've reset to "System Defaults", but no change. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
