Can anyone provide information and instruction on how to reset the machine? I have reached the maximum shot count for my dye hand pieces. I have replacements, but the unit will not fire unless it is reset. I can only use the 1064 and 532 wavelengths until I perform the reset. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The reset can be done after making connection to the laser with a computer via a hyperterminal. Once a connection is made, the counts may be reset after selecting the appropriate wavelength.
