Hi everybody!
We own a perfectly funcional Clearvue 650, but apparently the trackball axis (both x and y) are inverted.
I've tried navigating the setup menus but to no avail. I don't have a service manual either.
IS it a software problem or a hardware? Is it solvable? We work in a pretty isolated hospital!

It's sound strange to me. Ofcourse, could be soft or hardware.
If you can, try to reverse the position of track ball base holder first.

Hi Win Myint ,
i'm really not a technician and I don't feel comfortable starting to unscrew things in the machine. To me able to reverse it i would have to, though. Isnt there a way to find out if it's a software thing?
