On the RF side. Could be Output FET, if this is blown and if you change this, you'll need to check the zero volt switching waveform, TP19 - Ground ref would be TP9.   Activate cut at 10Watts with or without load to see a positive half wave (ringing on rising edge), If waveform is correct, calibrate.  If the waveform is bad, (what ever you do, dont activate Bipolar as this will blow your new output FET) replace two inductors and five caps within tuned circuit.  From memory T14 and T15. C150, C151, C152, C158 and C159. (Recheck TP19)

HVDC side, check for arching under lid between left and right heatsinks.
