Hello,
I have Abnormal Background, WBC Bubbles, and HBG Adjust Error codes that will not go away. I have zapped and flushed the apperatures more than 4x, the fluids are running perfectly through the analyzer, and the baths have been cleaned. What should I do?

Hi MLT,
This is a BC3200, right?
You may have a dirty or bad valve. Look out for the valves that connects to the Volumetric tubes, remove them, disassemble and wash them. or just try swapping them with another similar valve (2 way or 3 way) as troubleshooting process.

For the HGB again/adjust, enter settings, and select gain, adjust the value on the left to have a HGB gain voltage of about 4.5V.
The password to allow this is "3210" (service level)
If this does not help and there is no green light in the bath, you may need to replace the HGB assy. That is, assuming everything is okay at the PCBs.
