SYSTEM FREEZE OR LOCK UP

Hi All: I'm looking for suggestion for the following HD15 Cardiac. The system freeze or lock up during operation. I run a defragmentation of the hard drive but doesn't resolve the problem. Previous to replace hard drive or PC Module what can I do to normalize the unit. I'm think this unit require a software reloading but is possible to get the following software? 453561713391 (3.0.2.302 ultrasound app) 453561709941 (drivers 47.61) 453561617041 (os 10.438) hommybiomedical2@gmail.com thank you

Once again I believe you have correctly diagnosed the problem. It sounds like the system needs to have the HDD replaced and/ or have software reloaded.

The issue you are having is related to the PC. A hard drive replacement is the most common fix. If you do not have the software, you will be required to contact the OEM to purchase it.

This was my first action. No solution. Solution was a functioning power supply. The issue was the power connector on the power supply to the unit. I learned it is an issue with this power supply. After three attempts I have found a power supply that works.
