Hi, I have an Optima XR200AMX. The Mantis power supply has an LED indicating it is getting AC power, but the LED for the output is not lit. Do I need a new Mantis power supply? I moved the jumper for the heartbeat and no change. Any other suggestions?

Hi, try disconnecting the outputs cables (J2 & J3) and check the LED, maybe you have a shortcircuit in another board. If you disconnect the cables and stay off the output LED, you have to change the power supply, try opening the power supply and check it, maybe the failure is something ease, like an internal fuse..
