Hi everyone, I have some issues with a Esaote Mylab 25 ultrasound: the unit powers on, the software launches, the probe is recognized and is functional, but some functions are unavailable: for instance, it is impossible to access the "menu" functions, or the "patient" button (when pressed down, these buttons only emit a beep, and nothing else happens). Moreover, one of the archive location icon (probably the hard drive icon) at the top left of the screen, flashes constantly with a yellow rectangle. Lastly, the unit can't switch off by itself, I have to do it manually, with the power button at the back of the ultrasound. Could anyone help me to solve these issues, please? If I could have the service manual, it would be a big help... thanks in advance!

It would appear that the archive portion of your hard drive is either corrupted or damaged. Our recomendation is to replace the hard drive and perform a fresh software install.

La falla que describes es por no accesar al sistema operativo de windiws xp pulsa la siguiente secuencia de teclas SHIFT CTRL ARCHIVE REV cuando lo enciendas y este saliendo la linea verde. Asi sabras ecactamente cual es el error.

Que tal, yo tengo el mismo problema. El equipo enciende normal, pero despues no pueso agregar ningun nuevo paciente, no puedo acceder al archivo, no puedo tomar medidas y en la parte superior del monitor parpadea una imagen que parece el teclado. no puedo apagar el equipo normalmente por que me marca un error y lo tengo que apagar con el boton de encendido.
trate con la secuencia que dijiste pero no funciono, mi equipo es un mylab 40 silver.

a todos les informo que las fallas de sus ecografos ESAOTE se pueden resolver si contactan a los distribuidores de esos equipos en su pais ya que para recargar el software se necesita una llave USB de servicio para poder configurar tanto el BIOS como software y Firmware los que tienen falla en Battery Low cambiar en la tarjeta Processor la bateria al lado de la CPU , instalar y con teclado externo encender equipo pulsar F2 y ESC repetidas veces para acceder al BIOS pulsar en el ecografo las teclas Crtl,Alt y Arch Rev al tiempo para acceder a la pantalla de configuracion del Bios y configurar fecha y hora .guardar cambios salir y esperar a que termine de encender. apagar y volver a encender el ecografo.
