issues with touch screen on display

touch screen issues with promate display. My device is running software version 2.03.05. After sending in the display for repair to Spacelabs, who in turn send it to Promate, I am unable to get the touch screen to work on this monitor. I have found that the version 2.03.05 this monitor is using will not work but the display will work on one running version 2.03.11. Spacelabs tech support has told me that their software does not have anything to do with the touch screen working that if I touch the red squares during calibration it will work. I tried that 5-6 times and still did not work. I put a display on this monitor that had not been sent for repair and it worked fine. Promate upgraded the driver boards in the display when they repaired it. I feel it is an issue with the Spacelabs software but I am asking for other opinions.
