System internal error popup

Often when I go from patient info screen to scanning screen, a popup appears that says System Internal Error and gives me 2options, OK or Details. Unfortunately, the cursor cant enter the box , so my only option is to turn off power switch and restart. Sometimes it works fine other times I am back with the same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks
