Hi sir, please help i have a problem of Toshiba asteion super 4 slice ct-scanner os windows xp platform TSX-021B when i power on the system host computer boot-up the Logo Asteion Blue bar graph finished it's 8 minutes wait before open the user main menu. second problem when i run Tube warm-up at the middle process stop exposure when the OLP reach 62% and tube heat temp going down fast gantry continue rotation few minutes stop and the computer hang - up but no error in the screen, sometime i run head scan procedure wait for the start button light not start
What is service password?

The problem is either a defective MHR board in the Rec. box or corrupt boot line settings on the RTM board in the Rec. box. Most likely a bad MHR board is causing the problem.
If a MHR board is defective (Missing from the configuration) the indications are as follow
- Boot up takes much longer than normal
- The Gantry/Couch icon and the tube OLP icon in the user interface takes a long time to appear in the user interface
- Start an exam
- The gantry will spin up to speed
- The Abort button on the keyboard will flash once, then the Confirm button in the user interface becomes active
- Click the Confirm button. The Abort button will flash once, then the Confirm button becomes active again
- The Start button on the keyboard never becomes active
You will be stuck in this loop until you quit the Exam.
Once you quit the exam, after about 10 minutes a message will appear on the screen. It will say "Error in pre-process (a bad parameter was sent to pre task)"

Sounds to me like you have a failing XC board. If the OLP readings are different or counting incorrectly it's going to be the XC. The XC will also stop from shooting XRays if it doesn't sense the correct return signals from the SRU-H and SRU-L. Same goes for the Spellman units. It would need a much closer examination to determine the exact issue. If it's intermittent now. It will go hard down soon.
