Whenever we start the machine, we get error code F9 on display, we we do the reset the error code changes to F3. The machine is not exposing. Whenever we start the machine we get this F9 error. What causes this error ? How can it be rectified? We have checked the tube and it is okay. Please help.

Thank you for your response. We have checked the calibration of Rad and filament current. They are within the range. The moment we press the power on button, first we see an E on the console until the capacitors are charging, and then after like 4-5 seconds the E disappears and we see F9. We have checked the initial settings, calibration and everything. Thermal circuit of the tube is working fine. There seems to be no issue but still we get F9 and therefore we can't do any X-Ray. Can you please guide us further ? Will be grateful if you can share specific steps to remove F9. Best Regards
