I keep getting this message at the control board. Does someone know why this is happening, or how can I get it fixed?

I did. I have the operator manual and the this error does not appear in the error list.
The technicians came and they are not sure about why this is happening, and they want to change some pieces (which we have to pay!) but I don't want to pay for something that won't fix anything.
