how to reset to default

It's called doing a "Pharmguard transfer". To do the transfer there's apparently a program you need and an IR cable you need to transfer the data to a computer. You can also change to settings to basically keep the newest update and to dump the oldest (so that it will never ask you to do a Pharmguard transfer again).

Power the unit on, select any profile, select "more" until you see the screen with 2 options: 1-Profile Settings & 2-Biomed. Select 1-Profile Settings. Enter 2580. Select restore default config.
