Floppy disk for Image Detector

Hello, We have a problem with our GE Senographe 2000D. I'm trying to perform a replacement procedure for the detector, but our floppy equipped with the Image Receptor appears to be damaged. There is no information on the diskette. Please help me in this matter. What can I do with this problem? As far as I can tell, the version of the detector is PM 633_01 (the inscription on the floppy disk). The model number of the image receptor is 2224137, type 2224137-2, it was manufactured in October 2004, the location of M, the serial number is 442859BU5.

Normally, the only way to get a copy of the detector file is to contact the vendor you purchased it from and have them send it to you in an email zip file. We call th GE Online Center, but I'm guessing they wouldn't send it to a 3rd party service company unless you purchased it from GE Parts.

It wasn’t broken until I fixed it.

You will need to contact GE to get a new file.  Did you try a restore of the IDC backup?

I've already wrote about the problem to our local GE vendor, but still there's no answer. Unfortunately, backup files can only be written to a hard disk or a floppy disk. But it wasn't possible to restore backup from hard drives cause one of them was corrupted (that's the reason for reinstallation of OS and Application for AWS), and backup floppy was lost.

By the way, maybe someone have backup files of similar system and can email them? As backup files consist of AWS, IDC and DMR backups, it will be possible to restore them separately, right? Of course, both configurations (IDC and DMR) have to be similar. Our IDC version is Dione 4, software FFDM 3.2.1. AWS software 17.3. DMR software GEMS-E v7.06 GEN 11.07.01. The info of Detector see above.
