Host Communication

I connected Cobas C311 to host and succeed. I receive order on each sample but I can not send name and surname to Analyzer. In P segment I send patient information - Name and Surname but it does not appear in Cobas. Has anyone got any idea how it works ? Communication Protocol: ASTM
