C60e showing not compatible with Micro Maxx system.

Hi I am trying to get to the bottom of a fault that I am having, I have a Micro maxx system with Boot Version: 30.80.306.024 ARM Version: 30.80.306.030 and the probe information is, REF: P05438-11 SN: 035NNK Date: 2005-12 All is displayed on the screen is Incompatible Transducer Please Insert the Upgrade CF Card Into the Back Slot. But the issue is the software on the system is up to date sso what is it requesting. Also all of the options required to run this probe are active also.
