its an intermittent problem, the cassette is getting stuck. i have no error code on the screen. any ideas, i also need the service manual for it.

Is the door opening? I had one where the piece that the cassette hit to open the door was worn so the door sometimes didn't open and the cassette hit the back of the door. It wouldn't give an error when it happened.
