Signal Cable RGB

Hi, when I turn on the sterrad the display show the following message "Check Signal Cable RGB" does someone had the same problem and how do you fix it? or if someone know where i can buy a new cable RGB thanks

It sounds like the cable connector to the screen is loose. Check both ends of the cable to make sure the connector is fully seated and the screws on it that hold it in are tight.

The Connector is not loose. The Coin Cell Battery is dead. I've had to replace 3 this year. CR2030. Top Back Right if you are facing the unit. Take the top cover off. Shiny Metal box on the top right side. 1 screw and 1 nut to remove the side panel. It's a very small black coin holder on the bottom of the board, hanging downward. Use a non metalic pick to remove the battery. + to the left if you are facing the left side of the unit. Replace with a non metalic pair of needle nose pliers. Go Into the BIOS on startup with a USB keyboard, set date, time, display settings and you will be good.

after changing the CMOS battery The machine goes through the Linux boot up process just fine. When the ASP blue screen comes up, it states that the Sterrad booting is in progress... during that progress the machine acts like it was shot down and restarts again and goes through the booting process again. This goes over and over
