Verify the RJ45 cable and the connector on the isolation board where the cable is plug in behind the workstation.You will probably loose communication intermittently when playing with the network plug. The connector is probably broken or some pins are shorting. People often move the workstation without unplugging the network cable and end up damaging one of thoses components. I installed auto-released (not sure about the name) network cable to prevent this type of damage.
