HD11 XE internal error

Philips HD11 XE Ultrasound Machine switched on, it works for 2-3 mints then suddenly this error occurs ." The Instrument has detected internal error and is collecting information to help diagnose the problem.. The "Restart" control will be enabled when the information has been collected. Machine also have problem while saving the ultrasound snaps. looking some good advise, expert guide lines to solve this problem..Service password, Service manual , also needed..tayiajee@gmail.com

tomorrow I am going to client which has the same problem. 

I am planning to check connections and make check hdd dicc, maybe look in logs what is the error code. 

any other hint? 

how to obtain SW discs to install?

finaly problem diagnosed with SPB board....signal processing board....tried to purchase some in good working condition but this SPB is not available still any where...

This post is a bit old, but I am facing same issue, on SPB there is an exploded capacitor, I removed it and cleaned around but still the same

Can you please tell me how you solved it?

Hello Hajooze

I am also facing the same problem. In my case there is no sign of damage component on the SPB.

I can accces the log to know exactly from where is the problem in the machine.

If you get any tips let's share idea. Thank you
