Swap Memory and Identifying a new tube (MX200)

Dear all, we have a LightSpeed Ultra with two issues that we are not able to solve. First of all we get a "Swap Memory Full" error. How can we free swap memory? And besides we have had to change the X-ray tube (MX200 Type III) and with the new tube the system says that the X-ray tube hasn't been identified and that we should contact GE service. Any idea? Regards

I would start by running recinfig/regen database  for the swap error.

For the tube replacement, running the TIC (tube identification certificat) will get you 30 days without the mesage if the install is new. before 30 days is up, GE will have to come in to officially certifiy the tube otherwise the mesage will come back.

These issues and many others would be covered in our GE LightSpeed/BrightSpeed class.
