I have looked at all options in ctrl+t menu, there is no option to format disc. I tried to repair old hdd, but the firmware on disk plate is corrupted.

Have you got option to delete disk, selection to set maximum image memory and/or set to factory defaults. Have you the CX200 software disk?
In sequence try 1) deleting, 2) change max image memory to a different value then reset it back to the same image memory size as before 3) setting to factory defaults. Factory default will set language to english.
The other thing that happens when setting factory defaults is the display frequency may sefault to 50hz, 60Hz, 100Hz or 120Hz....Restoring the backup will reset this back to previous value.
After restoring configuration you MUST power cycle system twice for all changes to be active.
The only other thing you can do, assuming you have the instructions is access file manager (windows) and try looking in there, the system uses an imbebed version of windows & you have to follow the instructions to open access, many items/configuration are blocked.
If all above does not work try restoring software, then restore configuration. That pretty much your last chance.
I have never tried it maybe you can format the disk in another PC then put in back in Memoskop & see if you can reload CX200 software.
