Hi,
Alarm 5 or ES (on the display looks as E5) means that Emergency Stop button has been pressed.
To cancel the alarm you have to press twice the Cancel Alarm button (first to stop the audible and second to clear the alarm).
If the alarm keeps showing, this means that the button is stuck or the keyboard membrane has oxidation between the tracks. Either way you have to replace the keyboard membrane from the Hand Held controller.
