I might, could you tell me if you have 3 pole or 7? How are the electronics arranged? On the tube or remote in an SK box? Was this set just working? You have to have the wall controller hooked up. And polarity is critical because there is no polarity protection, its instant blow of the chip set. What do you have?

To; info@maxim-med.com,

It is a dual light system. The transformer board is in an SK box. I don't understand, "3 pole or 7"

These were not working. We received them on a pallet, with a box of parts, to be installed. NO INSTRUCTIONS what so ever.

Please tell me more about the 'polarity' issue. I assume you're talking about the red plugs that plug into the control box and transformer boards.....

My sincere thanks for your help.

Stan G.

Hey Stan, Three pole looks like a cone shape, single center stud. The newer 7 pole is flat, round and black plastic. They are not interchangeable but if that was a working set they should all match. Yes that orange connector is the plug I am referencing. In a nutshell, 120 in at the terminal strip. DC out (to the light) from the other terminal strip. Power goes from 120vac in at term strip to a transformer, to a rectifier board, to a voltage reg board, to the DC out term strip. Each light will have its own set of electronics independent of the others. The voltage regulator board will get that ribbon cable with the orange connector on it plugged in there and at the wall control. The wall control is powered from light one. There is a tab on the orange connector that must align with the hole in the PCB. At the wall controller its toward the hinge side. Up at the voltage reg board you have to look closely you will see the little hole in the board. Give me your email and Ill send you what I can find for wiring diagrams. Ron
